1. Logging into the ENMAX AutoBookin system you will need to ensure the first login page is filled out with the information below (obtain from your Coordinator):

2. Once logged into the AutoBookin system, the crew page will appear:

1. Once confirmation of log in has been completed, the book-in page will appear. Locate the ‘New Bookin’ tab: Enter the location name, and remarks (if any). Then click 'Submit Bookin'.

1. Log back into the Autobookin system with your user name and password. The system will automatically log you out after a period of inactivity, whether you have booked-in or not. Locate the ‘My Bookins’ tab: Click 'Bookout' next to a bookin, or 'Bookout All' to bookout of all submitted bookins.

The Autobookin system will automatically send out an SMS message to crews (registered phone number) still booked into the system after designated times. The second SMS message will only be sent if crew has not booked out or extended time.

The first automatic SMS message occurs at:

• Monday to Thursday: 3:30 PM
• Friday: 2:30 PM

The second automatic SMS message will be sent at:

• Monday to Thursday: 3:45 PM
• Friday: 2:45 PM
